All orders received before 5pm AEST will be packed and shipped next business day

Deliveries Within Australia

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Delivery times will vary between 2 – 7 business days, from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Flat Rate standard shipping Australia wide: $10.95

Express Shipping: Calculated based on weight and distance

Tracking Your Order

An Australia Post tracking number will be sent to your supplied email address once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped.

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping

Returns Policy

Purple Meeple Games offers all our customers the ability to exchange or return any items providing the following conditions are meet

  • Where a return is requested due to change of mind, the buyer will cover both the initial postage and return postage costs
  • The returned item must be in brand new condition as received with factory seals still in place
  • Buyer is to take appropriate care when packaging the item for return

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned item from the buyer. Note Returns generally take 2 – 7 business days from the date of postage to be received by Purple Meeple Games. The Refund payment will be processed via the original means of payment and an email will be sent to your supplied email address confirming the refund has been completed

Faulty Items

If you receive an item with a defect please contact us via our email address;
