All orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. packing and shipping times may be longer during busy periods

Deliveries Within Australia

We use Australia Post for the majority of our deliveries. We reserve the right to use Sendle, at our discretion. Delivery times will vary between 2 – 7 business days, from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your supplied email address once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped.

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping

Returns Policy

Purple Meeple Games offers all our customers the ability to exchange or return any items providing the following conditions are meet

  • Where a return is requested due to change of mind, the buyer will cover both the initial postage and return postage costs
  • The returned item must be in brand new condition as received with factory seals still in place
  • Buyer is to take appropriate care when packaging the item for return

There are no returns on sale items


Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned item from the buyer. Note Returns generally take 2 – 7 business days from the date of postage to be received by Purple Meeple Games. The Refund payment will be processed via the original means of payment and an email will be sent to your supplied email address confirming the refund has been completed.

There are no refunds on sale items.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item with a defect please contact us via our email address;

To ensure you get a quick resolution please include photos showing the defect and any other details that will help us resolve this matter for you.
